Shipping and returns

SHIPPING

All orders will be prepared and processed within 2-4 business days from receiving your order. Once dispatched, your order will arrive between 1-3 business days. As we offer shipping within the UK only, all orders are sent by Royal Mail. Once your parcel is on its way, we will send you an e-mail with all the shipping details. 

Shipping costs will be calculated when you checkout based on the weight of your order and your chosen delivery method. This will be calculated at the checkout page before you have to make your payment. 

 

RETURNS 

We aim to ensure that every purchase meets your expectations. If, for any reason, you are not fully satisfied with your order, you may return any unused and undamaged items within 14 days of receipt, provided they remain in their original packaging. 

Should you wish to make a return, please contact us at info@artisaned.co.uk. Please include your order number and details about the item you’re returning and we’ll respond with instructions on how to proceed. 

Once your return is approved, we will process your refund and it will be applied to your original method of payment. This will usually take 7-10 business days. 

Please note that the customer will be responsible for the safe return of the products to us. We are therefore not liable for any damage to the products caused by poor packaging upon return. We can also not assume any liability for reimbursement or compensation in the event that the return packages are lost, stolen, or mishandled by the carrier.
