HOW CAN I TRACK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an e-mail from info@artisaned.co.uk which will include shipping details, including your tracking number.
DO YOU OFFER GIFT WRAPPING SERVICES?
Yes, we offer a gift wrapping option. You can also request for a personal message to be written on a card.
HOW CAN I GET ASSISTANCE IN PLACING AN ORDER?

DO YOU OFFER BESPOKE / CUSTOMISED SERVICES?
Some of our artisans can make bespoke pieces, such as adding an engraving. If you are interested in personalising a product, please get in touch.
WHEN WILL SOLD OUT ITEMS BE RESTOCKED?
To maintain the highest quality, our products are crafted in small batches by artisans. Once an item is sold out, it typically takes 4-8 weeks to restock. However, if you need a product sooner, please contact us and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

DO I NEED AN ACCOUNT TO PURCHASE?
You do not need to register an account to purchase on artisaned.co.uk. However, we do recommend that you create an account in order to access exclusive products and services dedicated to our customers.
