Product care guide

 

Ceramics are extremely durable and can last a lifetime. All products are made by hand, using food-safe glazes and materials, and are meant for everyday use. 

As each artisan uses different materials and glazes, each of them will have slightly different instructions, which can be found on the respective product pages. 

Below is a guide on how to keep them looking their best. 

WASHING

To prolong the lifespan and condition of your products, we recommend that all tableware is washed by hand with soap and warm water. Please avoid any abrasive sponges or scourers as it can scratch the products.

Although most ceramics can go in the dishwasher, daily washing in the dishwasher can be harsh for the products. 

Items with bronze or gold lustre are not dishwasher-safe.

MICROWAVE 

We advise against putting products in the microwave as these can reach very high temperatures. 

Items with a bronze or gold lustre are not microwave-safe. 

OVEN

Products are safe to use in the oven.

Items with a bronze or gold lustre are not oven-safe. 

 

Please do not put these products through extreme temperature changes as this will cause the products to crack or break. For example, do not take it out of the dishwasher and put it into a freezer.
